Brandan Stiner taught at The Neighbourhood Music Studio in Bowmanville, delivering instruction in classical guitar (to Grade 10), drums, bass, ukulele, and theory. He was recognized as a highest-performing teacher by student outcomes, producing exam-ready players and frequent competition results. Notably, a student he trained won Kiwanis and the Rose Bowl (the first guitar winner in 40 years) and later placed 4th at Provincials.

Brandan Stiner applied his technical skills and business interest to work at A.C. Technical Systems. Not only gaining a security clearance and certifications on various enterprise class access control and security camera systems but also making tools such as the RMA and Equipment record and training server systems but also learning the finer details of business infrastructure.
